WHAT can be returned?
If you have selected the incorrect product, it can be exchanged or refunded (less freight) and we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Freight will be charged to return the product to you.
All returned goods must be sent to us at your cost and be received in their original condition, proir to a release of funds or exchange.
CliC reading glasses do not come with a warranty. They have an average life expectancy of 12 months however some people get much more life and some get much less depending on occupational influences, male users vs female users, and how you look after them, etc. (see below).
If you believe you have a fair claim for factory-faulty goods within 6 months of purchase, please contact our office via this website for a Returns Authorisation. Log into your account & go to "Resolution Centre". You will be asked to verify where and when you made your purchase and to return your glasses to us (at your cost) for further inspection. If we find fault, your glasses will be either repaired or replaced as required, according to Australian Consumer Law.

HOW do customers return items?
Please place the following in a suitable box: Your glasses, your original order or order number or invoice (or some information to verify where you bought the item!), a note that tells us what the issue is & what you'd like done about it. If appropriate, a self addressed return satchel or stamps to cover the cost of your freight going back to you. Alternatively we can take credit card payments over the phone for freight.
SHIPPING for returns?
$10 payment for re-shipping and handling is required to get your goods back to you.

If you live locally you can always drop into our Showroom to return/exchange your glasses. Shop 2, 148 Spit Rd Mosman NSW 2088 10am-4pm Monday - Friday.
CARE OF YOUR CLIC EYEWEAR:
CliC glasses are all made from high quality components which are designed to endure most of what life throws out…. HOWEVER, a little TLC goes a long way to maintaining longevity. I always rinse my glasses in warm, soapy water after I have been in or near the sea, or at the end of a hot sweaty day. The same would be recommended for those who use their glasses in dirty or dusty environments such as building sites, factories, hospitals etc. Hang the glasses to air-dry overnight and during the day, store them around your neck where they are out of harm’s way. Clean the lenses daily with a microfiber cleaning cloth. When travelling either store them around your neck or slip them into a soft bag and place them between a few soft layers in your suitcase.... OR better still, try the Travel Case. It will hold a few pairs of CliCs, your jewellery, watches AND power chords etc.

So if you're lenses are scratched, have fallen out or if you need to go up a power you can buy replacement lenses for your frame! Just be sure which frame you have before ordering! A pair of new lenses are $20 + freight
